My style keeps changing like the seasons. Actually, now that I think about it , it’s probably due to the seasons. Last summer, I was all about my rocker look. Fall/Winter, I was trying to channel my preppier side. This spring, though, is all about coming back to my roots. Coming back to Africa. I bought my first Dashiki the other day and have been flaunting it ever since (pics to come soon). So obviously, I’m a fan of Gold Coast Trading Compnay’s Spring/Summer 2010 look book.

The prints are amazing, but aren’t too wild for our more “Americanized” society. While most designers try to create urban wear with an African touch, the designer, Emeka Alams, does an amazing job at creating African clothing with an urban touch.
